General Service Terms & Conditions

 

PAYMENT
1. In the event any invoices delivered by the Contractor to the Client are not paid by the date specified the Contractor has the right to cease work until the invoice is paid.

 

REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
2. The Contractor will be reimbursed from time to time for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Contractor in connection with providing the Services for example print costs, etc. 3. All expenses must be pre-approved by the Client.

 

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
4. Rights Reserved to the Contractor Preliminary Works/Working Files. The Contractor retains all proprietary rights, including property ownership, intellectual property rights and Copyrights, in and to all Preliminary Works and Working Files, unless specified otherwise by the Contractor to the Client.

5. The Contractor retains ownership of any original artwork, photos and video, including all rights to display or sell such artwork.

 

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
6. Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing and signed by each Party or an authorised representative of each Party.

 

PLATFORM & THIRD-PARTY SECURITY
7. The Contractor is not accountable for any hacking or unauthorised access of any platform or third-party service by persons known by the Client or the Contractor or persons unknown by the Client or the Contractor.

 

WAIVER
8. The waiver by either Party of a breach, default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the other Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
